Hi everyone!
Several support requests opened by Amazon are somehow triggering low customer satisfaction scores. So, is there a way to block specific email accounts or prevent them from ranking the satisfaction rate?

Welcome to the community. Yes, you should be able to setup "Blocklist" for your project(s). Please see this following KB - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-your-blocklist/
