Hello @Cheryl Childs and welcome to Community!

It is not possible out of the box, see the following feature request: As a Service Desk Customer, I want to export the Service Desk Requests fields (cvs, excel) to be able to follow my interactions with Service Desk Team agents in a offline mode.

I've never tried this app on Cloud, but it looks like it lets you export requests in CSV from the customer portal: Advanced Portal Reports for Service Desk.
