Is there a way, When we enter Email Id or Name, That should Automatically Populate Current Values?

Dear Community, 

I've a requirement in the JSM:

When the Time of request (Change Associate Properties)

As soon as we entered any name or email in the request form .. Can we have any feasibility to auto populate the current values of the entered user like

Current Values.
First Name:
Last Name:
Display Name:
Email Id:
Role:
Branch:
Department:
Address:
 Etc..? 
Can any one help me out in this Scenario..? , I think, If a user has been created in the Jira or its been sync from Azure Entra .. It should have to populate the current values..

Any Help on this ?
