When receiving the user feedback email in Service Desk I am having a hard time getting the clicks of the stars to actually register and open a browser. I have tried to click, double click, click and hold... none of these work consistently.
Is there a trick to make it easier to use that I can put in the description of the email - or is there something I am doing wrong?
We've been having the same issues @Alex Hatzopoulos , it seems to be some dodgy HTML in the email template! I've raised a case with Atlassian and after some convincing they've raised it as a bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-6870
