Is there a set way to change brand colours and logo positioning/size in JIRA service desk (cloud)?

I am trying to change the brand colours as well as the logo positioning on the customer portal.  I need the logo on the portal to be somewhere other than the top left hand corner, i also need to be able to edit the brand colours on the customer portal. However i know these are inherited from the help centre so are they universal? or can they be changed per website?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to edit the icon or add different colors for each portal, once you choose a color it will be applied to everything. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to edit the portal CSS:
