Is there a limit to the number of Request Types per Jira Service Management Project

Are these limits still correct for Jira Service Management Cloud with Team-managed projects? We have received a message that we can't add more than 30 request types and need to add a few more. Are we able to request this to be extended (even if only to around 50)?

Hello @Peter Ogden,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

On team-managed projects, there is a limit of 30 request types and it’s not possible to increase this limit.

You can add up to 30 request types.

There are no feature requests suggesting this ability, so please, feel free to create one on https://jira.atlassian.com/ (project JSDCLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.

Kind regards,
Angélica
