I'm creating a lot of different service desks projects for different customers, but with the same layout. For this I created standard screens ands workflows so I can just copy from one servicedesk project and only need to change the customer specific name and such.
Only I always have to recreated all the request types and their fields. Is their a way to make this standard so that I only have to create one and this is changed for all the projects? Or just have to choose it for it to be added to the project?
