Hi all,
I have been testing Jira Service Management v4.21.1 but the version I have been supplied with to install in production is v4.20.5 which is the LTS version.
I notice in v4.21.1 it has the Insight Service Management project available but it's not in the previous version.
We need this particular project, so is it possible to manually add it to v4.20.5? I've checked Marketplace, but I'm only seeing the Asset Management plug-in.
Can anyone assist with further information, or let me know how I can add it, if possible?
