Is it possible to work in JSM Offline?

Patryk Mucha April 29, 2025

Hello,

We are facing an issue where some of our field team members are losing connection to Jira Service Management (web-based) on their iPad/MacBooks.

For context, our field team works in hospitals and they have issues when they reach some lower areas in the facilities where they end up losing internet/cellular connection. This means they are unable to update the tickets they need to for our documentation purposes, leading to physical notes being taken and updates made after the fact.

We would like to avoid this. Is there a way for updates to be made to these JSM tickets, and then once connection is re-established, the tickets can push these updates that were made offline?

I appreciate any and all insight!

Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately this is not possible as JSM it a SAAS product. And I'm not aware of any plugin that add this functionnality to JSM
