I have some customers, internal and external, and two JSM for each one, but one of them is necessary to use Slack and for the other one teams as a chat, but I can't to connect because it suggests me that connect to slack as the first one.

I don't believe so, see this help page...
A Jira site can only connect to one Slack workspace or Microsoft Teams tenant at a time.
There is a feature request for this, which you could vote for/watch? See: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-12098
Or you could look for an App on the Marketplace, which might allow for an alternative method to link Slack/Teams?
