Is it possible to use API for a customer without any licence?

Hi,

I try to put an User property to himself with a customer with no groups or role, or any Atlassian Licences.

I always have a redirection of the url /servicedesk/customer/portal/ when I made a PUT request, but the GET request send me a response.

Somebody have a idea?

Unlicensed Service Desk customers would not be expected to be able to make REST calls to Jira Software or Jira Core endpoints.   It is possible they could make REST calls to Service Desk specific endpoints such as those in https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/3.6.2/ provided they have rights to do so.

Could you let me know what specific endpoint you are trying to use?
