Alert management was not changed to Japanese even though the language was set to Japanese from the Atlassian account.
Is it possible to change the language of Alert Management to Japanese?
If so, please tell us how.
Unfortunately, it looks that Atlassian doesn't support this language. There is no option to provide translations into Jira. You can create the support ticket for Atlassian team: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
Do you have the same problem with other pages? It would be great to list all of them when you create a support ticket.
