Is it possible to transfer a ticket jira incidence from one project reference to another?

Is it possible to transfer a ticket jira incidence from one project reference to another?

I would like to transfer a number of incidences generated(in jira) from one project to any other; is it needed any permission for that? is there any jira guide about how to do it or anybody knows if it is possible?

I would appreciate your help,

Atlassian have a really good guide on this:

It should have everything you need, but if you have any issues let me know.
