Is it possible to theme/re-brand the customer portal?

Hello,

As per the picture attached, does anyone know if its possible to change the customers view of the portal? SO that we can amend the colours? The transition icons? etc?

I have seen add-ons that deal with the help centre etc, but nothing that lets you change the actual area where customers log and update their issues.

I would have though someone would have come up with a solution to this already.

Customization of the issues view in the portal is very limited. You might research something like Refined Themes addon.
