We have multiple customers in our service project. Customer A uses a noreply-adress, so he should not get any notifications. Customer B uses his own adress, so he should get notified as usual. Is there any possibility I can setup my project such a way?
This is not possible natively. You would need an addon email handler. If that is an option please check the Marketplace.
