WE have incidents where the resolution details are invaluable and if possible we would like to retain that information into a library for future reference.
Hi Gary, welcome to the Community. Unless you actually “delete” issues they will always be accessible in the future. There is no need to do anything special to retain them. BTW, deleting issues is generally a bad idea so I advise not to do so.
So you are basically saying the 'answer' would be in Jira somewhere and that Jira in itself wold be my library
Over time, that would mean trawling a large number of bugs to find an answer whereas if I wanted to 'move' some bugs with great info into an area/library where I could trawl quicker and easier, thats not possible?
