Is it possible to revoke access for user by REST API?

I would like to 'revoke access' for user using REST API for Jira Service Management. I can't find any information about it in documentation. Is it possible? How endpoint should looks like? Thanks!

We have a API to deactivate the user. However, there is a limitation such that the users whom you are trying to deactivate must not be assigned any issues.
