We get our reports from inside our application through a 3rd party tool that lets us submit them with a screenshot and console log. It sends the report as an EMail through their service, when we receive that email it has a "reply to" field so when you reply to that email it replies to the user's email address rather than the email service that sent the report. However, in Jira service desk the "reply to" field is not retained and all replies just go to the address the emails came from. Is there any way to use the 'reply to' field to reply to users?
