Is it possible to merge tickets in JSM?

I suspect not because I'm seeing some older conversations online that seem to indicate not and at least one app in the store.

Hi @Jim Stewart ,

In the native Jira and Jira Service Management is not possible. You can do it using our app Issue Merger for Jira which allows you to merge tickets manually or automatically (we implemented our automation dedicated to merging issues). I hope that you find this app useful for your company and your team.

Hi @Jim Stewart ,

As Sophie mentioned there is no native solution for that.

You can also try our Jira cloud app Merge Agent for Jira

Feel free to contact our support if you have questions or feedback.
