Is it possible to have two separate customer portal urls, with different customization?

We are looking to have two separate Help Center urls, one for (external) client support and one for (internal) employee support.

This is mainly to allow us to customize the Help Center splash page accordingly, external vs internal, e.g. announcements.

You would need an app in order to do it, like Refined for Jira which allows you to create different portals.
