Is it possible to have a mass upload or mass insert?

Is it possible to have a mass upload or mass insert the email address of thousands of users into CUSTOMER? So it won't be a hassle for an admin to add the employee's email address one by one? Is there any a way something a mass upload in excel on which the list of email address is there to add in CUSTOMER?

you should be able to ask Atlassian support team to do this for you, if you provide them with a Excel list to import.
