Is it possible to export a single project and all data from JIRA cloud to JIRA Server

Is it possible to export a single project and all data from JIRA cloud and import it to JIRA Server? I found a way to export and import everything but I'd like to be able to export just a single project and import it similar to the functionality available in Confluence.

There is no full project export.

If you export everything though, you can import a single project from there

Is there a link to the documentation for that single project import you can share with me? I have the entire export available.
