Is it possible to export Jira dashboards to PDF or any other format in Cloud version?

Already tried the Better PDF exporter plugin but it has a limitation on dashboards.

We have just released the "Export dashboards" feature in our Better PDF Exporter app!

(It means that the limitation you mention was removed!)

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to print dashboards.
There was a feature request a while ago that was closed as "Won't do" and we have other one suggesting to improve the CSS on Dashboards:
