Is it possible to embed HTML Widgets into the customer portal?

Is it possible to embed HTML Widgets into the customer portal?

I want to Embed HTML Widgets into the customer portal for my end-users to be able to see and interact with.

I cannot find any way to dynamically embed HTML so that end-users submitting requests to our Service Desk are able to view it. Is this possible in JSM DC? If not, is it possible in JSM Cloud?

Hi John,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You would need an app in order to do it on both Data Center and Cloud. Refined for Jira allows you to customize the portal.
