Is it possible to eliminate the option to create a ticket without clicking on the FAQ first?

Hi all, 

we would like to make all employees click on the FAQ to a ticket category first, before they have a chance to open a ticket directly.

Is that possible?

Unfortunately there is no way to perform this check.
