Is it possible to create a ticket type issue with an other companies JSD when we transition an issue

Staff raise a ticket with us when something is down, we then go to a third party software supplier and raise it with them, who also use JSD, can this be automated

you can do some 'basic integration' w/ the other instance simply by sending an email to their project which would result in a ticket creation. However, if you want full integration consider an addon that would allow the linked issues to stay in sync.
