Is it possible to bulk edit Automation Rules with Bob Swift CLI

We have close to 100 automation rules and I need to turn off the "Send Notifications" function in just about all of them.

Is there a method that can do that or do I need to

1. Go into each and every rule
2. Click on the edit issue action
3. Expand the 'more options area
4. Uncheck the box next to "This rule should send emails"
5. Click save
6. Click publish changes
7. Return to list and repeat?
