Is it possible to bring information to an issue from another issue that is in another project?

I need to pre-fill the fields of an issue according to the data that it was filled in another ticket on another project. There is a field which one is populated with an unique identifier for both issues.

Welcome to the community!

There is no built-in feature to show a linked issue's field within the issue. 

If you are free to install a Marketplace app, I'd recommend Enhancer Plugin for Jira.

JEP has Linked Issue Field in which you define as many linked issue field as you want to display the specified field/custom field within the linked issue (which is linked by the  specified link type)

Please note that I’m one of the folks behind JEP, there may be other solutions out there.
