Previously, queues in JSM could be expanded, i.e., they were then displayed to the right of the sidebar. Previously expanded queues are still displayed in this way. However, it is no longer possible to expand new queues in this way.
Is this a bug or has this been disabled?
Hi Daniel,
This seems to be lost functionality with the new navigation. You should probably ask Atlassian about it with a support ticket. If you do that, please post back here with the solution/guidance.

Best of luck!
Use the 3 dot option behind Queues (Warteschlangen), and pick Queue Settings
Within here you can create Priority groups and assign created queues to a priority group.

Hi Daniel! The button you're looking for has been relocated, to the upper right corner when viewing a queue, in line with the searchbar.
If you wish to maintain having this button usable from the sidebar, open the expanded view. Copy the link and create it as a shortcut, a feature located below customer notifications.
The shortcut will be located just below customer notification.

Because I clicked on this icon, the view now looks like this, and I would like to restore it. Your suggestion does not produce the desired result.
Could it be a bug?
