I am trying to plan an integration of Jira Service Management with IBM Security SOAR (Security orchestration, automation and response) for a client. Will this integration use up a licensed user account on Jira Service Management?
(The purpose of this integration is to raise a ticket in JiraSM to a specific Jira user in line with incident tickets created in the IBM SOAR. The licensed JiraSM agents will be the IT staff in the client organization's business divisions and the IBM users will be the client's CyberSOC team.)
