I've started setting up some custom reports for Service Desk, and I've got the report overall set up how I want it, but the timeframe is stuck at the past 7 days.
Is this just a limit of JSD? I saw a post about this being a limitation, but it was from like 4 years ago, so I was hoping there was some improvement since then.
Anyone have any guidance on how to extend the reporting timeframe (without purchasing a plugin)?
