Invite button is disabled. What gives?

When on the Customers page in Service Desk, the invite button seems disabled. It disappears right away upon page completion

Hey Stu,

Are you viewing the page as an Agent who is not a Project Admin? And is an outgoing mail server configured in JIRA?

As per my testing, an Agent who is not a Project Admin can't add customers if there's no outgoing mail server.

And just to clarify, which version are you using? Do you see an Invite button literally, or is it Add Customers button instead?
