Using version 3.16 of service desk, we found that irrelevant people would send invitations to each other from time to time. These unrelated people we found that they did not log on to jira. As you can see in attachment 5, IDC-OPS invites NOC, but neither of them has ever logged in to jira, nor has there been any request related to them How should we trace this problem? Will it be a configuration problem?
