Hello,
My Customer Success manager wants the new v4.8 Jira Service Desk to be interconnected with our existing v8.8 Jira server.
By this I mean that the tickets are created with Jira Service Desk, are treated with the main Jira server and monitored from both sides
I didn't found any native way to do so. During setup, when I enter the jira database connection informations and press the "connection test", it says "Unable to connect to a non empty database"...
At the moment I have two databases on the same PostgreSQL server:
- jiradb for our existing Jira server;
- jiracsdb for de Jira Service Desk server.
Is there a way to make this work?
