Integrations discontinued in OpsGenie and the move into JSM

We have the option available to us now to move our OpsGenie into Jira Service Management. Reading through the documentation there are a few integrations we use in OpsGenie such as Grafana and Nagios XI which are listed under discontinued support. In our Jira sandbox site, I see that these integrations are available so are they only discontinued in Opsgenie? And does this mean we will have to manually recreate these after the move?
