Integrate Webex with Jira Service Desk Server

Did anyone integrate Cisco WebEX with jira service desk server ? Can you please provide step by step guide for this.

We are using JSM Server 4.13.22 version.

My requirement is: When a ticket is created in a particular project, jira should send notification to a user/room in webex

As far as I know, CISCO supports REST API. Maybe it's worth to make an integration with it?
