Hello! I'm integrating Google Cloud with JSM so that when alerts are triggered in GCP, an alert is also created in JSM. Following the documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/integrate-with-google-clouds-operations-suite/, I created the integration in operations, as shown in the screenshot below, and inserted the webhook link into the GCP alert.
Note that alert policies are enabled.
For now, I've kept my escalation routines and policies very basic, just to generate a test.
I performed a webhook connection test, and it reached JSM, but even though the logs show that an alert was created, nothing actually appeared. Here's a link to the exported logs.
Additionally, I forced a GCP alert according to my policies, and you can see that the alert is notified in a Slack channel, but it didn't even reach JSM.
Initially, we are in the phase of beginning to validate this integration. That being said, what could be happening here?
Thank you!
Does the user executing the call, have rights in Jira (JSM), this is required.
