As far as a direct integration, Atlassian does not have any with Freshservice.
The options for this would be a 3rd party plugin. I did a quick search in our Marketplace and I am not seeing anything that states integration with Freshservice.
It looks like there is an add-on in their site, to integrate, however, it's not supported by Atlassian. I would recommend you to reach their support, to confirm this information.
