Insight import: Failed to connect to the JSON file specified

Hello,
I'm using the insight JSON import. I've tried to import from a file whose location is where the JSM is running. The config is import from URL, the URL is file:///home/username/hardware.json. But I get the error message Failed to connect to the JSON file specified.
Can you please help on this issue?
