I am currently using the Standard plan of Jira Service Management (Cloud) and have been informed about the upcoming changes effective October 16, 2024. I would like to confirm how these changes will impact my current usage, particularly regarding the advanced incident, problem, and change management features, which will be moved to the Premium and Enterprise plans.
Additionally, I would like to know if my account is eligible for the 12-month grace period, as I currently use some of these features. I am also interested in understanding more about the new consumption-based pricing model for Assets objects and Virtual Service Agent-assisted conversations.
Could you please provide more details on the next steps to ensure a smooth transition or advise me on whether an upgrade to a higher plan is necessary?
