Hello,

I'm new to Jira. I have seen many organizations have the "Inform Stakeholder" tab under Comments. Ours only has Add Internal Note and Reply to Customer (attached screenshot).

I would like to enable the "Inform Stakeholder" tab for our tickets.

Please advise! Thank you in advance!

Hi Hiep - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is a feature of Jira Service Management for Incident Management.

Hi @John Funk ,

I found the Incident Management feature in my Project Setting

Is this what you referred to? I have turned on that feature, but I still don't see "Inform Stakeholder"

Please advise. Thank you!

The issue must be related to Incident Management after it is created. You have to turn on Incident Management above, then create an issue against that, then you can see the Inform Stakeholder option. But you will not be able to see it for existing issues that are not related to Incident Management, even if you toggle that on.
