Ineed help with Incoming WebHook Automation

Hi team, I'm working on an incoming Webhook automation in which when a post request received from other VM and if it contains the success msg then issue will transition to Scale down completed and if it contains Failed then issue will transition to scale down failed.

My rule is fine but when it receives the request i get this error

No work items from the webhook

• Webhook version 2.0
  
  if anyone has worked with Incoming Webhook so kindly assist me.

Welcome to the community.

Set the incoming webhook to "No issues from the webhook" (this prevents the rule from trying to detect an issue - this is your current error)
