Increase number of options being shown on issue screen

Hey there,

we've recently set up an approval workflow. One major issue we're still having, is that only the "Approve" option is directly available. "Decline" is hidden under the DropDown-Menu "More".

Is there a way to get it out of there, right beside the approval-button?

You can do this by modifying the "jira-config.properties" file on the server and making some changes to the ops.bar.group.size.opsbar-transitions = X property value changing the X to the desired number of transitions to show.

For anyone that runs across this thread that is on Jira Cloud, this is currently only possible in Jira Server versions as it requires modifying a system file, and we are tracking interest in adding a feature for cloud at the following link, make sure to add a vote if this is something you would like to see added to the system in the future as covered in the "Implementation of New Features Policy" :

thank you for your response! However, afaik these approvals aren't workflow transitions, or am I wrong? If they were, wouldn't they be listed to the right of this menu?

In this configuration, there are no visible transitions, just the approval options.
