Increase limit of service relationships

What’s the relationship? That seems to indicate that there is a “depends on”.

There is a limit of 20 relationships per service

Welcome to the community.  As per Atlassian - Currently there is the limitation of 20 relationship per service.

I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support Team to see when they will change the existing limitation setup (https://support.atlassian.com).
