Inactive user

Dear all,

I have an issue with Jira users; sometimes, I don't know why the user is inactive even though this person was logged in 3 hours ago.

Has anyone been in the same situation?

It seems that for some reason the Crowd server they use tells jira that the user is disabled.

You should check the logs to find when the server sends the update to Jira
