In our org, unfortunately deleted the request type but that request type have 13 tickets,so my concern that tickets will be deleted ?
Hi @Abilash ,
Deleting a request type will not delete the existing tickets associated with it.
The 13 issues will still remain in the project, but they may no longer be linked to a valid customer request type. You can recreate the request type or bulk move those issues to another request type if required.
Hi Yashaswini,Thanks for the update, yes created the request type and open all the 13 tickets at request type showing none then select required request type.but here while creating request type I didn’t mention any fields just assigned all 13tickets to that Request types ,so all fields manually created by assigning this 13tickets or again we should created .

Hi @Abilash ,
The field data still exists in those 13 tickets because the data is stored in the Jira issues themselves, even though the old request type was deleted.
The creation and assignment of the new request type does not create these fields, since they already exist within the tickets. However, they might not be visible in the customer portal/request view because they are not yet mapped to the new request type.
You need to add those fields to the new request form configuration so they will appear again on the screen.
