In Service Desk this email address is hanging out with all my organizations. How do I remove it?

Hi Mark, welcome to the Community. Do you wish to remove this user as a customer of do you wish to add them to one of the Orgs?

  • remove customer - project settings > people, find the customer via search bar and click remove
  • add to org - click on the org you want and then add customer and enter their email. they will be move under the org
