Hi Mark, welcome to the Community. Do you wish to remove this user as a customer of do you wish to add them to one of the Orgs?
- remove customer - project settings > people, find the customer via search bar and click remove
- add to org - click on the org you want and then add customer and enter their email. they will be move under the org
