Unable to find dropdown in above screen, but in documentation they provided dropdown

How to enable the dropdown and also what is the use of that dropdown ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Installing the add-on on my test site, I saw the same issue as you mentioned here, so I believe it might be a bug on the add-on.

I'm not sure if they use our community to answer questions regarding the add-on, so I'd suggest contacting their support directly.

If you are using the add-on to translate the customer portal, just to let you know that Jira Service Desk has a built-in functionality to add that. For more details, please check our documentation:
