The KB article "How to add a comment during a transition" tells me how enable customers to be prompted for comments when they transition issues in the portal.
In Jira Service Desk 4.1, it seems that there is no way to disable this behaviour on customer-initiated transitions in the portal. The transitions do not have any screen assigned but they are still prompting the customer for comment, which is confusing our users.
How do I turn off the comment box on customer transitions in JSD 4.1?
