Importing Jira data from the Discovery Collector

Hello,

I am using the Discovery Tool along with the Collector and the Agent. I am experiencing an issue when importing data from the Agent.

In my schema, I have a Laptops object type (originally created under the default “HOST” name, which I changed to laptops). After the Agent uploads its data and it is imported into Jira, I can see partial information—such as CPU type—indicating that the data is being received. However, the Laptops object still only displays the single device I am using for the Discovery/Collector setup.

Although the CPU object is correctly updated with information from the Agent’s machine, the complete laptop object is not being created or updated.

Could you advise what might be causing this issue?

I suggest to check the import mapping configuration, accesible through Schema -> Schema settings -> Import.
